Can I eat the rocks?

I have an existing order and want to make another order, can I combine my order?

Combining orders is possible, but please message us through our shopify contact page, or email us at teamxivgsm@gmail.com with your full name and order number so that we can further assist you! Please note that your shipment may be delayed.

When can I expect my order to arrive?

Will my package arrive by the holidays?

Our current holiday delivery cutoff time is as follows:
Domestic - December 8th 5PM Pacific Time
International - We cannot guarantee a holiday delivery time for international orders, but we recommend making your order as soon as possible. Thank you for your understanding

When will X item be restocked?

We do not have a restock schedule at this time, but please follow our social media @xiv_gsm on twitter for updates on restocks!

Can you write a gift message for me?

Unfortunately we do not offer this option due to the number of orders we process.

International shipping is really expensive!

International shipping labels are costly, and due to the way we package our products to ensure safe arrival, the price of international shipping is non-negotiable. We highly reccommend international customers to order with friends or join a group order to best mitigate high shipping costs.

Is international shipping really that expensive for small items like stickers and postcards?

Can I request a product to be made?

While we love hearing your requests, due to our time constraints we cannot fulfill any product requests.

Can I pay with Paypal?

We are not taking payments through Paypal at this time.

Can I pickup my order?

We do not offer order pickups.
